This is our newest purchase.  This condo is one floor up from ground so you can choose to use the stairs if you'd like. Laketown Wharf is the largest and newest condo on Panama City Beach.  It boasts 5 pools and two 29 person hot tubs.  Laketown Wharf has a pool bar with food right on property.  There is also a nightly water fountain music and light  show. During the summer there is also a DJ and kids activities .  There are multiple restaurants on site during the season.

 

Our unit is furnished with everything you could ask for.  The living room has a sleeper sofa, a 55" tv and free in-room Wi-Fi. The Master bedroom has a 43" TV and a king bed and a full bath. The second bedroom is a  bunk room and a full bath as well. The unit is 100% vinyl plank flooring so no nasty carpets to worry about.  Best of all, the beach is directly across the street. This property is close to everything. Pineapple Willy's is across the street.  You can walk to Walmart for your groceries and beverages.  Ripley's Believe-It-Or-Not, WonderWorks, tons of restaurants, and many other attractions are within walking distance.  We live on Panama City Beach so any questions you may have we can answer from a local perspective. Age 18+ is OK to rent.
