For our friends and family members that have stayed at one of our rental units at Laketown Wharf,. now you also have the opportunity to stay in our carriage house at Waterhaven.  This is a 650 square foot, one bedroom apartment located above our garage. It has a private entrance,  king bed in the bedroom, and a full bath.  The living room has 50" smart TV with WIFI and two recliners. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. There is a great view of the bay from the top of the stairs.  Our neighborhood has a large pool, a beach front area on the bay and a dock that is great for fishing.  The beach is less than 2 miles away, just a short bike ride.
